We believe the best work is made when everyone has a seat at the table.
As we grow Magenta Creative, we strive to provide mentorship and opportunities to support the growth of a more inclusive creative community.
Intentionally women-owned and led
While the majority of designers in the workforce are women, only a small fraction of creative leadership roles are filled by women–and ownership numbers are even lower. We believe women are a crucial part of running a successful business, advertising or not.

How we pay off
Prioritizing our community
The pandemic was good for one thing: it taught us the importance of flexibility and how to focus on the things that matter most. We are nimble with our size and selective with the projects we take on in order to balance our workload and contribute more time, energy, and money to our passions.
